Yoga for Kids

 Greetings from SAMAGRA Karanataka Jesuits Mental Health Care 😊
We are back with our Self Care Sundays and this time 
we are organising a session on Yoga for Kids! 
This is mainly for all staff members’ children and students in all our schools between the ages 6-11 years. 
Extended family members, older and younger siblings are welcome too! 

Our resource person Ms Rhea, will conduct fun activities including 
- Introduction to Suryanamaskara with positive affirmations at every step
- Relaxation in the form of storytelling 
- Yoga games 

We look forward to meeting you all this Sunday

Covid Relief Service at SJC

Bengaluru, SJC, 01 June 2021: The works carried out by the SJC Covid relief centre are

1. Counselling for students who lost their parents and others.
2. Ration kits for 5 students: 8 kits
Total =8
Grand total=380+8=388 kits have been distributed

St Joseph's College Student Volunteers Ambulance Service at Night

 Bengaluru, SJC, 29 May 2021: N. Girish, student of I B.A of EPS, is helping the Covid patients by taking them to the hospital by his ambulance. He is working for an NGO in Bengaluru. The NGO is Diviya Jyothi Welfare Trust.

He keeps himself awake during the night. His ambulance service is available only during the Night times.

Inside the SJC Covid Care Centre - Testimony by the Inmates

SJC, Bengaluru, 27 May 2021: A few testimonials from the inmates at the SJC Covid Care Centre Bengaluru

They are saying that there is on need to fear or worry the food is good.  "We are getting fed 3 times a day plus getting tea. They have also provided us with plates and glasses, also provided bedding and blankets. If you come here you will become absolutely fine. It also doesn't have the hassle of the hospital. We are getting our medicines on time, no tension"
